Sampling is one of my favourite parts of the weaving process. It's the chance to have the freedom to experiment with new ideas and materials or finally try out a new pattern that I've been mentally planning for some time. Not only is it a crucial part of communicating and showcasing designs and ideas with clients, but also an important part of my own personal development and growth as a weaver.

Colours and textures are very important when you are choosing textiles for a space and it is best to see them in combination with all the other elements, and of course to touch them.
